Job summary

WellTheory Technologies, Inc. is seeking a remote Member Support Specialist to assist members via email, chat, and phone. You’ll handle eligibility, enrollment, billing, program logistics, and technical issues, ensuring a smooth journey from sign-up to ongoing care.

You’ll escalate patterns to Care, Product, and Leadership and contribute to improving documents and playbooks while working a flexible schedule in US business hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing support role (call center, help desk, member services, or similar), ideally in healthcare, digital health, or fast-paced tech.
• Warm, clear written and phone communication; able to handle frustration and guide to resolution.
• Experience using multiple tools and quickly learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member questions across email, live chat, and phone, covering eligibility, enrollment, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
• Meet team goals for response time, first-touch resolution, quality assurance, and member satisfaction (CSAT).
• Own the member issue end-to-end and loop in Care, Implementation, Engineering, or Client Success when needed.
• Surface patterns in member conversations to drive root-cause fixes and inform other teams.
