Job summary

Move United offers a Member Services Intern role to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit management, membership operations, and adaptive sports programming. You will assist with onboarding, communications, and program coordination while supporting Warfighters grant compliance and veteran-focused programming.

The internship runs September–December, 30–40 hours/week, remote with hybrid options from Rockville, MD HQ, and a $50 daily stipend plus CEU credits.

Qualifications

• Background in nonprofit management or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support Member Services by handling inquiries via email and phone.
• Assist onboarding for new individual and group members.
• Support member engagement strategies and webinars.
• Update member listings and maintain records in Salesforce.
• Assist Warfighters onboarding, grants tracking, and event coordination.
