Thrive Market is seeking a Member Services Specialist to help our members live healthier lives by addressing questions across chat, phone, text, and email. You will resolve order issues, assist with cancellations, and guide members through our membership benefits to encourage retention.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage effectively with members.
• Comfortable assisting members across all channels for an 8-hour workday.
• Proficiency with Google Apps (Calendar, Mail, etc.) and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer support via chat, phone, text, and email channels.
• Address member questions and concerns, including shipping inquiries, damaged orders, and account updates.
• Educate shoppers on Thrive Market membership benefits to encourage retention.
• Become a subject matter expert on catalog products and dietary values to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Record customer insights in the CRM for stakeholders.
