Thrive Market is hiring a Member Services Specialist to help members live healthier lives by answering questions and resolving issues across chat, phone, and email. You’ll educate members about benefits, troubleshoot account problems, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

The role is remote, full-time, with two shift options and onboarding conducted remotely. Compensation starts at $18/hour, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Passionate about health and Thrive Market's mission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with members.
• Comfortable assisting members across chat, phone, text, and email for a full 8-hour day.
• Proficient with Google Apps and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, phone, text, and email channels.
• Address member questions and concerns including shipping and order issues.
• Educate shoppers on Thrive Market benefits to boost membership retention.
• Become a subject matter expert on products and dietary values to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Record customer insights in the CRM and share with stakeholders.
