Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking a Member Services Specialist to help members live healthier lives by addressing questions and concerns, and by assisting with orders, troubleshooting, and memberships. This is a remote, full-time role with a Tuesday–Saturday shift pattern starting at $18 per hour.

Onboarding takes 3 weeks and is conducted remotely, with start times during 6:00 AM–8:30 AM PST. You will communicate across channels, guide members through the Thrive Market experience, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable assisting members across all channels for an 8-hour workday.
• Proficient with Google Apps and CRM tools.
• Call center experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via chat, phone, text, and email.
• Address member questions/concerns including shipping, orders, and cancellations.
• Educate shoppers on Thrive Market membership benefits to drive retention.
• Become a subject matter expert on product catalog and dietary values.
