Job summary

This remote-friendly role supports high-tier financial clients and collaborates with Account Executives on renewals and upsell opportunities.

You will manage service accounts, develop action plans, maintain CRM records, and stay current on regulatory and SLA/KPI requirements

Qualifications

• Five years in client relationship roles within financial services or contact centers.
• Two years in Client Service Delivery at Velera or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to exceed expectations.
• Manage and resolve operational issues with timely responses.
• Prepare and deliver client account plans and reviews.
• Collaborate with Account Executive on renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
