Job summary

Velera is seeking a Service Executive IV to manage the overall servicing relationship for assigned clients across all lines of business. You will collaborate with internal and external leaders to execute strategic plans and initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and revenue generation.

You will mentor teams, resolve complex service issues, and communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in client relationship or servicing within financial services.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives and customer outcomes.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing relationships across all lines of business for assigned clients.
• Coordinate initiatives with Client Growth Executive and partner teams.
• Develop plans, resolutions and programs to improve service delivery.
• Provide status updates, reports and client reviews.
