Soho House is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Support Associate to join Soho Support guest services. This remote, entry-level role supports members with reservations, invoices, private hire queries and general inquiries for New York, Los Angeles, and other Houses via phone and email.

You will handle a variety of requests, meet SLAs and KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury hospitality or premium service.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• GDPR/data protection awareness.

• Act as warm, professional first point of contact for members via phone and email.
• Respond to queries promptly, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide proactive, solutions-focused service to a global membership.
• Manage requests including memberships, club and restaurant enquiries, general support.
• Own member queries from contact to resolution for a personalised experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and member experience.
