Job summary

Recuro Health is seeking a Member Services Coordinator to join the Clinical Operations Team in Minneapolis. You will help patients, members and providers schedule and manage virtual visits and navigate care options.

This hybrid role requires strong English, superb customer service, and telehealth experience, plus flexibility to work weekends. Proficiency with MS Office and basic medical terminology is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of telehealth experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule consults and assist members and providers for all Recuro service offerings.
• Support members with information about benefits and care coordination.
• Collect and document member demographics and health history.
• Monitor virtual consultations and coordinate related tasks (troubleshooting, post-consult scheduling, outreach).
• Follow Recuro policy and procedures.
