You will conduct intake interviews, verify information, document in CRM, coordinate scheduling, track progress, and ensure SLA adherence while protecting member privacy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, contact center, or case management.
• 2+ years in a regulated industry (legal, healthcare, insurance, financial).
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and verify member information.
• Document and route cases to the appropriate provider.
• Coordinate provider communications and scheduling.
• Maintain CRM records and track case progress.
• Escalate complex issues and advocate for members.
