REE Medical is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Intake Coordinator) to drive growth and client success in a remote-first role in the United States. You will respond to leads, conduct client consultations, and convert prospects into customers through a compliant and empathetic sales process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside or B2C sales experience.
• CRM experience with Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with phone-based work and remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage outreach to warm inbound leads and monitor inbound call queues.
• Prioritize lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and progression.
• Establish rapport with prospective clients through professional communication.
• Present REE Medical services and value proposition clearly and compliantly.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
