Job summary

Imagine360, LLC is seeking a Member Services Intake Specialist to join our team. This remote role handles initial setup of balance bills and member inquiries, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

The position collaborates with Member Service Advocates and partners to maintain data integrity, resolve issues, and support a positive member experience across healthcare billing workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service role, healthcare environment a plus.
• Experience with billing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with initial setup of balance bills and respond to inquiries.
• Enter member balance bill/account information into the database with quality and SLA focus.
• Coordinate with Audit Team and third-party partners to obtain documentation.
• Route balance bill inquiries to the Member Services Advocates.
• Track status and resolution of balance bill setup inquiries.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up diaries throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and improvements.
• Apply knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
