Job summary

Transcarent is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support Members pursuing surgical care. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, educate members on Surgery Care benefits, verify coverage where needed, and route inquiries to the most appropriate team member for next steps.

Your role emphasizes compassionate service, accurate data handling in CRM tools, and collaboration with clinical staff to guide members through the care experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service and/or sales call center role
• Verifiable strong ability to influence
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively organize work activities to meet deadlines
• A "delight the customer" attitude

Responsibilities

• Educate, engage, and qualify members on Surgery Care program benefits and ensure clarity of coverage.
• Convert leads into users of the care experiences offered to Members.
• Route calls to the appropriate pod member for next steps.
• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls in a fast-paced center.
• Verify benefits and assist with additional member needs as identified.
