Job summary

Integrity, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Associate for a remote role across the United States. You will provide exceptional client support for life, health and wealth needs, recording interactions and resolutions in our client management system while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2–4 years of related experience, with strong communication and computer skills. Training will be provided, and prior insurance or financial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn new systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls as required by company policy in a helpful, professional, timely manner.
• Schedule appointments and place outgoing calls to provide or obtain information.
• Document all calls and interactions for audit trail in the client management system.
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in the system.
• Participate in cross-training and team trainings to maximize efficiency and standards.
