AO Globe Life is offering a 100% remote leadership development program where you start in client education and transition toward team leadership. This independent contractor role provides mentoring, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development, with no prior insurance experience required.

You will meet clients via Zoom, educate them on life and health benefits, guide applications, and build lasting relationships while earning through performance-based incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Be physically located within the United States.
• Have access to a computer or laptop and reliable high-speed internet.
• Be willing and eligible to obtain the required Life & Health Insurance License.
• No prior insurance experience required; training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment.
• Provide ongoing policy support and follow-up.
• Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service.
