Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Physically located within the United States with reliable high-speed internet.
• Have a computer or laptop, webcam and microphone.
• No insurance experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members virtually via Zoom and phone appointments.
• Educate members and provide outstanding customer service.
• Explain life, accident, and health insurance benefits.
• Guide members through enrollment and policy reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM with compliance.
• Participate in weekly coaching and leadership development.
