West Virginia Senior Advantage, a CommuniCare Medicare Advantage plan, seeks Provider / Member Advocates to assist members with care navigation and enrichment, maximizing their healthcare experience. Remote position with travel to northern West Virginia facilities, 90% travel anticipated.

Candidates should have a four-year degree or equivalent healthcare payor/advocacy experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• 2+ years working in similar role; expert with Windows-based and MS applications.
• Ability to travel throughout the designated local territory 90% of the work time.
• Advanced organizational and communication skills.
• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare payors, social services field, advocacy, customer relations, or other related industry.
• 2+ years healthcare experience or educational equivalent.
• Skill in establishing priorities with independent coordination of day-to-day duties.
• Function independently and responsibly with minimal need for supervision.
