Job summary

TruHealth seeks a Member Advocate to support local service areas. The position is remote, with travel to partner nursing facilities within the assigned region.

As a customer-service focused professional, you will welcome new members, contact members monthly, and build relationships with providers and nursing staff. You will sponsor group activities, document activities, and ensure CMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in long-term care settings with elderly patients preferred (CNA, Activities Therapist, or social worker).
• License / Education: Associate’s degree preferred; State driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new members per Plan processes.
• Visit or contact members monthly.
• Build relationships with providers and nursing home staff.
• Sponsor or assist group activities at regional facilities.
• Ensure CMS compliance in all member interactions.
• Document all activities as required.
• Attend meetings as necessary.
