Job summary

Andrews Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Advisor I to support members via phone, chat, audio, and video while delivering timely information and troubleshooting issues. The role focuses on creating a consultative virtual experience and promoting credit union products.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, assisting with enrollments in Virtual Branch services, and maintaining documentation in core systems. Remote or onsite work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in a financial services call center and credit union platforms, systems, and applications.
• Experience with credit union banking products and member service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking information systems, and video conferencing tools such as Glia.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory/security requirements.
• Maintain high service excellence to support CSAT standards.
• Use virtual channels to build ongoing member relationships.
• Research, identify, and resolve member complaints promptly.
• Assist new and existing members with enrollments on Virtual Branch products and services.
• Ensure Virtual Branch documents are retained and scanned into core systems.
• Respond to member and staff requests for virtual banking information or transaction help.
• Interact with coworkers, supervisors, members and external contacts professionally to reflect Andrews Federal Credit Union.
• Collaborate with other departments to strengthen relationships via virtual channels.
• Act as SME for Andrews Federal Credit Union products, especially live chat and outsourced call center partner.
• Promote products/services to current and potential members to support production goals.
• Flexibility to work remote or onsite.
