Wellthy is hiring a Member Activation Specialist-Inbound to resolve member questions across phone, chat, and email with warmth and clarity. You will identify activation opportunities, connect members with care resources, and support cross-department collaboration to optimize activation outcomes.

This remote US-based role offers a flexible daytime schedule, with a starting wage of $20–$25 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration, healthcare/benefits knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience handling higher-complexity member issues or escalations preferred.
• Ability to mentor peers and share knowledge across the team.
• Comfort recognizing activation opportunities within support interactions and coaching others.
• Availability for EST mornings or PST evenings within an 8:00 AM–10:00 PM ET window.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inbound member questions across phone, chat, and email with warmth and accuracy.
• Identify activation opportunities during interactions and coach teammates to do the same.
• Escalate incidents when needed and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to improve workflows and activation outcomes.
• Mentor Level I specialists and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively follow up to prevent issues and improve member activation.
