Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acera Associate Account Executive to join our Medical Surgical division. You’ll support the sales team in a defined territory, build relationships with clinicians, and help close purchase orders with accuracy and speed.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or higher (or 3+ years in medical device or B2B sales) and a valid driver's license. This remote Chicago-based role requires strong communication, field-time management, and willingness to travel up to 80–90%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher AND experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales.
• High School Diploma/GED AND 3+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team within a defined geographic territory to develop new accounts and expand product usage with existing customers.
• Assist with case coverage, inventory reconciliation, and closing outstanding purchase orders in a compliant manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and decision-makers across sites of care through education, demonstrations, and responsive support.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, inventory, and territory forecasts while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
