Job summary

BairesDev, a remote-first technology company, is seeking an experienced Meditech EHR developer to design, configure, and maintain Meditech EHR modules and to integrate them with other healthcare IT systems.

You will collaborate with clinical staff to translate operational needs into technical configurations, customize departmental modules, and ensure regulatory compliance, privacy, and data security, while enjoying 100% remote work and flexible hours.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in EHR development or Healthcare IT.
Proven expertise in implementing and customizing Meditech EHR systems.
Proficiency in configuring clinical documentation, order entry, and departmental modules.
Strong understanding of clinical systems and healthcare IT standards.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain Meditech EHR modules, including clinical documentation and order entry.
Customize departmental modules to align with hospital-specific workflows and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clinical staff to translate operational needs into technical system configurations.
Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and security of healthcare data.
Manage the integration of Meditech with other internal healthcare IT systems and third-party tools.
