Qualifications

• Medicare sales experience preferred (Medicare Advantage / D-SNP strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of CMS compliance and ethical Medicare marketing/sales practices
• Strong phone-based sales skills with a member-first, consultative approach
• High attention to detail with documentation and application accuracy
• Comfortable working independently in a deadline-driven, metric-based environment
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly enrollment goals (targeting ~60 enrollments/month) and retention targets
• Educate Medicare-eligible prospects on plan benefits, eligibility, and enrollment steps (phone/virtual)
• Complete accurate enrollment applications and maintain high submission quality standards
• Follow CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and California compliance requirements
• Conduct outreach with members/prospects and support virtual community/provider engagement as assigned
• Track activities and performance in CRM/lead and sales funnel management tools
• Provide market feedback and document outreach outcomes consistently
• Escalate member/prospect issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
