Job summary

Connexion Point is seeking a Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent (Telesales) to assist DSNP Medicare applicants. The role involves inbound/outbound calls, guiding enrollment, and educating on Medicare/Medicaid options.

It is a remote seasonal position with training, AHIP certification coverage, and weekend scheduling during AEP. Base pay is $18.00/hr with additional incentives; licensing renewals and non-resident licenses are covered.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health & Life license.
• Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience.
• Comfortable working across multiple software systems.
• Service-first approach and strong communication.
• Schedule includes at least one weekend day during AEP.
• Home office setup that meets remote work requirements.
• Willing to complete a background check.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members, focused on sales, education, and enrollment.
• Guide individuals through Dual Special Needs Plan options, helping them understand Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility.
• Support prospects through the enrollment process with clarity, accuracy, and a high level of care.
• Meet performance expectations around sales goals, call quality, conversion metrics, and schedule adherence.
• Keep communication current with your supervisor and team.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.
