Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience.
• Active Health or Health & Life license.
• Strong communicator with a service-first approach.
• Ability to work a remote home office setup.
• Willing to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members, focused on sales, education, and enrollment.
• Guide individuals through Dual Special Needs Plan options, explaining Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility.
• Support prospects through enrollment with clarity, accuracy, and care.
• Meet sales, call quality, conversion, and schedule adherence targets.
• Keep supervisor and team informed of progress and issues.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions during the season.
