Job summary

Connexion Point, an Integrity Marketing company, seeks experienced Medicare agents to support DSNP enrollments through empathetic telesales. You will educate, answer questions, and guide prospects through enrollment while maintaining a service-first approach.

This seasonal role includes remote work, AHIP training coverage, and incentives. Expect weekend work during the AEP/OEP season and ongoing team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health & Life license required.
• Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience.
• Comfortable working across multiple software systems.
• Strong communicator with a service-first approach.
• Willing to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members.
• Educate prospects on Dual Special Needs Plan options and enrollment.
• Guide through Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility.
• Meet sales goals, maintain call quality and schedule adherence.
• Attend team meetings and trainings throughout the season.
