Job summary

Connexion Point is seeking licensed Medicare agents to support Dual Special Needs Plan members via consultative telesales from a remote home office. You will educate, guide enrollment, and build trust throughout calls, aiming for clarity, compassion, and compliant sales practices. Training and AHIP certification are provided.

This seasonal role runs through AEP/OEP with a base of $18.00/hr, plus incentives. Weekend shifts are required, and non-resident licenses/renewals are covered.

Qualifications

• Active Medicare license or Health & Life license required.
• Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience.
• Comfortable using multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members focused on sales, education and enrollment.
• Guide individuals through Dual Special Needs Plan options and explain Medicare/Medicaid benefits.
• Support prospects through the enrollment process with accuracy and care.
