Wider Circle is seeking a remote Outreach Specialist to connect with Medicare beneficiaries by phone and schedule plan presentations with licensed agents. The role emphasizes building trust through genuine conversations, achieving quotas, and maintaining high responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in Medicare telesales or call center support, strong communication, and the ability to work a fixed 40-hour schedule with some after-hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service in a call center.
• Must be self-motivated, accountable, and able to meet quotas remotely.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to educate beneficiaries about available benefits and schedule plan presentations with licensed agents.
• Maintain productivity, enthusiasm, and energy during daily calls.
• Engage with members to determine needs and address objections during conversations.
• Attend team meetings and track follow-ups, appointments, and productivity.
