Wider Circle is hiring for a Medicare telesales role focused on guiding beneficiaries through the Scope of Appointment, presenting plan options, and closing enrollments. You will visit clinics or engage remotely, using a consultative sales approach to meet daily outbound targets and grow member participation.

Candidates should have at least two years in Medicare telesales, strong communication, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service in a call center.
• Background in Medicare products preferred.
• Be a captive agent with knowledge of CMS regulations related to marketing, enrollment, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and relationship building with Medicare beneficiaries.
• Present products, determine needs, and close sales via phone or in person.
• Handle enrollment applications and provide timely product questions.
• Develop sites and organizations for sales and marketing activities to grow membership.
• Meet daily outbound call goals and document activities for forecasting.
