Job summary

Metz Insurance & Financial is seeking a Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent to join our remote team as a full-time W2 with base pay plus commission. You will educate Medicare beneficiaries, explain plan options, assist with enrollments, and support ongoing client relationships in a compliant, remote environment.

The role welcomes new and seasoned agents with active licenses, AHIP 2027 certification, and experience using enrollment systems like Sunfire.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License — required.
• AHIP 2027 Certification — required.
• Resume and NIPR report (PDB report) — required.
• Must have 2+ years of Medicare sales experience.
• Must hold at least 2 active non-resident state licenses.
• New or seasoned Medicare agents are welcome.
• Seasoned agents releases in hand and able to contract with UHC.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plan options.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand clients’ coverage needs.
• Explain plan features, benefits, costs, and coverage options clearly.
• Assist clients with enrollment while following CMS and carrier requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM and enrollment platforms such as Sunfire.
• Stay current on Medicare guidelines, carrier requirements, and plan information.
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the sales and enrollment process.
• Work independently while collaborating with a remote team and support staff.
• Follow all applicable company, carrier, and regulatory compliance standards.
