AAA Club Alliance is hiring Medicare Insurance Agents to educate clients on plan options, assess needs, and help them select coverage that aligns with health and financial goals.

The role is remote, requiring 2+ years in Medicare sales, an active Life and Health license, and proficiency with MS Office. Presentations, home visits, CMS compliance, and lead follow-up are expected. Base pay is $50k–$75k with uncapped commissions and $65k–$90k first year potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medicare sales experience.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Certificates needed to legally sell Medicare Advantage & Medicare Supplement plans.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about Medicare plan options and assess needs.
• Help clients select coverage that fits healthcare and financial goals.
• Conduct presentations and home visits to complete enrollment.
• Stay updated on CMS rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from potential enrollees.
