Humana is seeking an Innovation Portfolio Strategy Principal to identify opportunities, translate ideas into profitable, scalable initiatives and advise senior executives across the Medicare segment. The role balances strategy, design thinking, analytics and cross-functional collaboration to drive top-line growth and value for members and partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with a focus on digital and/or population health products.
• 2–3 years of leadership/program management experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience focused on Medicare populations.
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics, contemporary technologies, and care delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executives and external vendors.

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions with high impact.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, engineering, clinical and operations teams to align with partners and member needs.
• Develop junior team members and lead cross-functional solution teams.
