Humana, Inc. is seeking an Innovation Portfolio Strategy Principal to shape the clinical and population health sub-portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across strategy, design, engineering, clinical and operations to translate ideas into scalable products and pilots. You will partner with senior executives, define KPIs, and develop go‑to‑market plans while leveraging data-driven insights to drive Medicare growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with a focus on digital and/or population health products.
• 2-3 years of leadership/project management experience.
• 3+ years of health care experience focused on Medicare populations.
• Experience and understanding of healthcare data and analytics, contemporary technologies, managed care administrative functions and care delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executive audiences and external vendors.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with experience identifying trends and actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions with high impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, design, engineering, clinical and operations.
• Develop junior team members as a direct or matrixed leader.
• Translate ideation and discovery into actionable strategic directions and plans.
• Make buy/build/partner decisions using data-driven frameworks and external collaborations.
• Define KPIs and paths to incremental value with data ingestion and optimization plans.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy integrating national and market leadership.
• Advise on product management tools and best practices including human-centered design and testing.
• Deliver high-quality recommendations connecting portfolio to Medicare growth objectives.
• Champion startup mindset and agile practices across the Medicare segment.
