Job summary

Humana in Texas seeks a Medicare Sales Field Agent to cover Southwest Harris and Fort Bend County, including Houston and Baytown. This field-based role requires living in the territory and building relationships through in-home visits and local events.

You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage, while meeting sales targets and growing Humana's presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory to serve the local community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in homes and at events.
• Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle insurance meeting required limits.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate members on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional coverages.
• Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and expand Humana's presence in the market.
