Job summary

Humana is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent to work in the Northern Houston markets including Spring, Humble and Cypress. You will educate prospects on Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision and Prescription coverages, and build local relationships through community events and in-home visits.

Requires living in the territory and a valid driver's license. The role is field-based with travel to Humana offices for training.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at community events.
• Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Preferred: Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Experience in selling Medicare products is advantageous.
• Public speaking or presenting to groups is a plus.
• Experience with Value Based Care is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.

• Differentiate: build face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and events.
