Job summary

Humana is seeking a field-based sales professional to educate individuals about Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage. The role covers East/Southeast Harris County including Baytown and nearby cities, with face‑to‑face community engagement and in‑home visits.

Applicants should be bilingual in English and Spanish, hold an active health insurance license or be able to obtain one, and reside in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, speaking, reading and writing fluently.
• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in members’ homes, at events, and in community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting minimums.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings.
• Differentiate: Engage with prospects through grassroots marketing, events, and in‑home visits for a personalized experience.
• Grow: Drive self‑generated sales, meet targets, and expand Humana’s presence in the market.
