Job summary

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents to cover designated territories. This field-based role requires living in the territory and delivering personalized, face-to-face service to community members.

You will educate prospects on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans plus Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage, building trust through grassroots outreach and in-home visits while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, events, and community outreach.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage and other offerings.
• Engage with community through grassroots marketing, events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals, expanding Humana’s market presence.
