Job summary

Humana seeks Medicare Sales Field Agents for field-based, remote work serving designated local territories. You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, life, dental, vision, and prescription coverage while building trusted relationships in the community.

You’ll drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence through events and in-home visits, with support from a regional team.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or able to obtain.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members’ homes, at events, or in community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Differentiate: build meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and in-home visits.
• Grow: drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s market presence.
