Job summary

Centene Corp. seeks a Dual Eligible Engagement Specialist to manage a panel of dual-eligible Medicare beneficiaries and drive onboarding, early retention, and ongoing engagement.

The role includes outreach by phone, in-home visits, and community events to build trusted member relationships. You will coordinate with internal teams and providers to educate members on D-SNP benefits, access services, and overcoming barriers to care while ensuring CMS-compliant enrollment and disclosures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Medicare, Medicaid, dual-eligible populations.
• Experience in member engagement, sales, or care coordination.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned panel of dual-eligible members and drive onboarding and retention.
• Conduct outreach via phone, in-home visits, community events to build relationships.
• Educate on Medicare/Medicaid coordination and D-SNP benefits.
• Facilitate enrollment, disclosures in CMS regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, providers, and community organizations to improve engagement.
• Maintain documentation of member interactions and outcomes.
