Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a remote, field-based sales professional to provide outreach and enrollment assistance for Advantage Medicare products. You will educate prospective enrollees, determine eligibility, and support enrollment processes in the community.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in marketing/sales for managed care, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. A state Accident and Health Insurance Agent license is required upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years marketing, sales or community relations experience including previous managed care experience, preferably in Medicare required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for participation in the Advantage Medicare product.
• Develop a presence in the local community to help generate enrollments.
• Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to complete enrollment.
• Market Advantage on-site at hospitals, senior centers, and community events.
• Assist members in accessing health care, transportation needs and other services related to enrollment.
