Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy, vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for a portfolio of Medicare direct-to-consumer digital sales products
• Lead the full product lifecycle from opportunity identification and concept definition through design, planning, production, release, optimization, and end-of-life decisions
• Coordinate digital product launches with telesales operational readiness, including training, communications, and monitoring
• Partner with telesales, CRM, analytics, and operations to ensure a connected consumer and agent experience
• Create shared digital and telesales measures that recognize the contribution of digital research and profile completion to outcomes
