Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Consumer Sales Manager for Digital Product to own the end-to-end digital shopping experiences—web, mobile, enrollment, and decision-support. This role will lead product execution, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Analytics, Compliance, and Telesales.

The role supports remote work nationwide with occasional in-office requirements in certain areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing digital, mobile, web, e-commerce, customer experience, or omnichannel products.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, and releases.
• Experience partnering with technology, design, analytics, and business teams.
• Experience leading projects, initiatives, teams, or product workstreams.
• Demonstrated solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more consumer-facing digital products across the full product lifecycle.
• Lead backlog prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, and delivery coordination.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Research, Marketing, Analytics, Compliance, and Telesales organizations.
• Improve digital shopping, enrollment, provider search, plan comparison, and decision-support experiences.
• Create seamless transitions between web/mobile experiences and licensed telesales agents.
• Research market trends, user behavior, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion funnels, abandonment trends, engagement, and product adoption.
• Manage professional employees and/or assigned product resources while setting priorities and providing coaching.
