Job summary

HCSC is seeking a market lead to drive Medicare Advantage product strategy and lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities in new and complex markets. The role oversees development from inception to launch, coordinating with finance, actuarial, digital experience, and other partners to create multi-year roadmaps and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration; 6+ years in health care/health insurance or 11 years in related field.
Experience leading and mentoring staff.
Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management.
Experience interfacing with corporate leadership at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to identify product opportunities in new and complex markets.
Drive development, execution, and ongoing management of Medicare Advantage product strategies from inception to launch.
Develop multi-year product roadmaps and performance benchmarks; support market expansion initiatives.
Collaborate with market, finance, actuarial, digital experience, and other partners to inform go/no-go decisions and investments.
Cultivate vendor relationships and support health equity strategies.
