Job summary

HealthFirst is seeking a Manager of Medicare Digital Growth and Lead Management to build and scale the Medicare Digital sales channel and enterprise lead management across multiple distribution channels.

You will partner across Marketing, Analytics, Compliance, and Sales to optimize the digital consumer journey from initial engagement through enrollment and retention. A data-driven mindset and cross-functional influence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in sales strategy, sales ops, digital sales, marketing ops, lead management, healthcare, or related growth environment.
• Experience supporting digital sales growth, funnel optimization, or customer journey improvements.
• Understanding cross-channel lead management: capture, routing, prioritization, nurturing, dispositioning, attribution, performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Medicare Digital sales strategy aligning with growth, experience, compliance, retention, and distribution goals.
• Serve as Medicare Sales owner for the Digital channel with structure, visibility, and strategic direction.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital Experience, Product, Technology, Analytics, Compliance and Sales to improve growth and performance.
• Evaluate digital funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, reduce friction, and boost enrollment outcomes.
• Shape integration with Telesales, Field, Broker, community-based, and retention channels for a unified distribution strategy.
• Champion test-and-learn approaches to improve engagement, experience, and Medicare sales growth.
