Job summary

Twin Health in the United States seeks a Director, Medicare Advantage Strategy to lead the MA program and member experience. You will partner across product, clinical, operations, and marketing to shape strategy and execution for MA members and health plans.

The role requires deep MA expertise, executive presence, and ability to influence at senior levels, including industry forums and customers. This is a remote US-based position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Medicare Advantage or closely related healthcare roles.
• Deep understanding of MA member needs, care models, and market dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of how MA plans operate and measure performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Twin's MA expert on members, plans, and market dynamics.
• Advise product, design, clinical, and operations on MA member experience.
• Shape end-to-end MA journeys with the Medicare Advantage Product Lead.
• Monitor CMS policy, health plan priorities, and competitive offerings.
• Represent Twin externally at events and with customers and partners.
• Build internal MA knowledge base and educate leadership and teams.
