Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is recruiting Remote Medical Support Assistants to support the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, CO. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to work onsite if required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to speak clearly, hear and write English.
• Log in; type 50 wpm with minimum errors.
• Proficient with basic computer programs (spreadsheets, word processing).

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments in accordance with VA directives.
• Coordinate and authorize Veteran care with community providers when services are unavailable or delayed.
• Process community care consults using VA systems.
• Perform appointment scheduling, tracking, and outreach.
• Screen and answer incoming calls courteously and timely.
• Respond to patient and provider inquiries regarding services.
