Qualifications

• Healthcare administration experience required.
• Training or practical knowledge of medical terminology essential.
• Excellent written English and strong written communication.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with healthcare professionals via email.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer support communication primarily via email.
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and product-related issues promptly.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and clinical teams.
• Understand medical terminology to accurately respond to customer needs.
• Escalate complex product or technical issues to the appropriate team members.
• Manage and coordinate scheduling and appointments.
• Support Head of Product with customer-facing administrative tasks.
• Maintain organised records and documentation.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
• Collaborate with wider team via Slack and Notion.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
