Job summary

Rezolut is seeking a full-time remote Medical Records Processor to join our team. The role focuses on retrieving and processing requests for medical and billing records from facilities, patients, attorneys and other entities while maintaining PHI confidentiality.

Essential duties include clerical tasks, timely responses to inquiries, accurate documentation and communications with patients and third parties. This position offers a remote work arrangement with standard 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Retrieving and processing medical and billing record requests while maintaining PHI confidentiality.
• Experience with confidential information and release of information processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with obtaining records to support patient care and/or billing
• Perform clerical duties including answering phones, scanning, printing and mail
• Investigate and respond timely to inquiries via email, phone or Teams
• Accurately document and action accounts
• Draft communications to patients, representatives, payors, and outside entities
• Report status of patient concerns to management
