Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry or data management experience.
• Experience with medical records is required.
• Experience with a CRM system is required.
• Litify or Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle high-volume data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update case and claimant information in CRM and case management systems.
• Review medical records and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain electronic records and case information.
• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and consistency.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and escalate as needed.
• Update and maintain CRM records and case files.
• Assist with tracking case information, documentation, and status updates.
• Follow procedures for data entry, document management, and quality control.
