A healthcare startup is seeking a Remote Medical Receptionist in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, routing messages, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Support, Administrative, Healthcare Reception, Provider Office, or Patient Relations role.
• Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience preferred.
• Active Clinical Multi-State/Compact License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle all inbound calls to the organization and direct them as needed.
• Route messages and escalations to appropriate departments.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
